Camp Bestival Review - Saturday

After such a full on day on Friday we decided to take it a little slower on the Saturday!

We started the day by going to watch Farmyard Circus, we saw these guys for the first time last year at Just So Festival and loved them so we had to make sure we went back to see them again and they were as amazing as expected! Such a good wholesome show that makes you smile!

We grabbed some lunch and headed back to the tent for a while, like I said slow day today before heading down to a meet up out on by the PR company that gave us the tickets. This was a great opportunity to chat to some other insta mums that we haven’t really had chance to meet in person and the kids play together! Which they did with Sarah (@girlaboutmanchester) 2 kids which was lovely!

After the meet up we headed to the H&M Kids Science Tent to do some experiments including discovering the pH scale, making slime, programming a bee bot, creating inventions and all sorts of other fab things!

One thing the kids really wanted to do was the woodland tribe area, this was a massive space where the kids could build things using proper tools (with assistance of course) by the end of the weekend there was a massive play frame built!

We mooched around for a while and got some tea and got our seats ready for the Above & Beyond Ariel Show when I noticed that that lovely people at Lucy & yak we’re doing a yoga session! So I asked if we could join and they said yes! It was ran by Balance Kids Yoga and was brilliant fun and helped my poor back too, so much so I’m looking for a weekly yoga class near me to join!

After stretching we settled down to watch the show which was full of high wire and trapeze acts, absolutely mind boggling to watch but fantastic too!

After the show finished we went back to the tent for the night but not before stopping off at the Magic Teapot for our sweet treat, hot chocolate made by fire. This place was magical for sure, people playing piano and singing and a cozy atmosphere! A perfect way to end the night off!

This post is a PR Trip, I was offered free tickets to attend but not asked for any posts or recomendations as compensation but was asked to promote the event before hand. All opinions are my own.
